Participation & Research Presentation:

In alignment with the vision and objectives of the conference, scientists, academicians, students, research scholars, and industry professionals from the field of Pharmacy, are cordially invited to participate and present their original research findings. The conference provides a vibrant platform for interdisciplinary interaction, knowledge exchange, and showcasing innovative research that addresses current and future challenges in healthcare and pharmaceutical sciences.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Participants intending to present their research work are required to submit a structured abstract of not more than 250 words. The abstract should be clear, concise, and scientifically sound, reflecting the core objectives and outcomes of the study.

The abstract must include the following components:

• Title of the Paper
• Author(s) Name
• Affiliation
• Email ID
• Contact Number
• Background
• Materials and Methods
• Results
• Conclusion
• Keywords

Submission of an abstract is mandatory for all participants opting for oral presentations. Abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee, and acceptance will be communicated via email.

Registration is mandatory for all participants opting for oral presentations. Submission of an abstract alone does not confirm eligibility for presentation. Only those participants who have successfully completed the registration process and received confirmation from the organizing committee will be permitted to deliver an oral presentation during the conference.

Participants are therefore advised to complete their registration within the stipulated timeline to ensure inclusion in the final presentation schedule. Failure to complete registration may result in the abstract being excluded from the oral presentation program.

Oral Presentation Guidelines:

Participants selected for oral presentation are required to prepare a PowerPoint presentation consisting of 12–15 well-structured slides. The presentation should be designed to clearly communicate the research objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions.

• Total Presentation Time: 15 minutes
  • Oral Presentation: 10 minutes
  • Discussion & Q&A: 5 minutes

Presenters are advised to maintain clarity, logical flow, and effective visual representation while presenting their work.

Evaluation Criteria & Ethical Standards:

All oral presentations will be evaluated by an expert panel based on the following criteria:

• Clarity and coherence of content
• Scientific accuracy and depth
• Originality and innovation of the research
• Quality of presentation and communication skills

Presenters are expected to prepare clear, well-organized, and easily readable slides, avoiding overcrowding of text. Proper use of figures, tables, and diagrams is encouraged to enhance understanding.

All submissions and presentations must strictly adhere to ethical research and publication practices, including:

• Proper citation of references
• Avoidance of plagiarism
• Responsible data presentation and interpretation

Any violation of ethical standards may lead to disqualification.
